Women’s and Children’s Programs

A Full Continuum of Programs for Women, Children & Families

Center for Hope began serving the community in January, 2005 to support women who found themselves homeless, pregnant and in need of long-term integrated behavioral health, housing and medical services. Since that time, more than 200 healthy, babies have been born to women residing on our campus.

Our Mission

Center for Hope builds sustainable recovery and strong families capable of thriving in their personal lives and communities.

Supported Employment

Supported Employment helps people with mental illnesses find and keep meaningful jobs in the community.

Why participate in Supported Employment?

When people feel good about having a job, they often see themselves in a more positive way. Work gives people structure and routines. Having an income gives them more choices about what to buy and where to live.

CBI Integrated Health Practice

  • CBI will be able to provide integrated medical/physical and behavioral health services.
  • Integrated health care is taking into account a person’s physical health needs, as well as their behavioral health and mental health needs. It is thought of as a one stop shop.
  • The Patient Centered Health Home will be able to provide care, and determine if ongoing community resources are needed, and/or if CBI can treat in house. It is a more holistic way, patient centered way of looking to provide services for someone.
  • Supportive Services

Utilizing “housing first” and “harm reduction” philosophies, we believe in helping individuals achieve desired goals around daily living activities and access to community based support networks. Philosophically, we believe in celebrating client-driven success. The Certified Peer Support Navigators understand the challenges associated with maintaining housing while struggling with mental health/substance abuse/comorbid issues. Navigators envelop the peer values of instillation of hope, resiliency, universality, and resource building.

    Unscript

The growth in the use of prescribed pain relievers has resulted in a widespread epidemic of prescription drug misuse and addiction among people of all ages, which now pose an even larger addiction problem than their illegal counterparts.

CBI offers a comprehensive approach to addiction recognizing that addiction is a primary disease and that all substances and behaviors associated with addiction are addressed in treatment. Simply put…we not only focus on an addiction to prescription medications, we look at all other factors impacting your life and your recovery.

Unscript™ – A non-invasive integrated system of education and physician monitored medical protocols specifically designed to treat unintentional physical dependence on prescription pain medication.

Unscript™ – No ‘blaming, shaming, guilting” or psychotherapy. Patients are treated as men and women who, while addressing a legitimate medical condition, became unintentionally dependent on increasing doses of prescription pain medication.
